BURN is a fun and challenging circuit class, consisting of up to 10 exercises which focus on the entire body.

We alternate upper and lower body exercises and cardio to incinerate fat and build and tone the muscles. Finish with some ab work to get you beach ready. BURN is designed to burn more calories during the workout and maximize calories burned after the workout.
